About ME

During the Covid lockdown, just like anyone who was locked inside, I had to find new hobbies. One of those hobbies was cooking and I deeply fell in love with it. After the pandemic, I was lost on what i was going to do with my life and I decided to culinary school. I knew after the first week that this is what I was meant to do in life. While attending culinary school I got a job at Oak Hill Country Club, working my way from starting at the bottom with no experience to a Chef De Parti in under 3 years. After suffering a very serious injury and almost losing the ability to do what I love, I decided to chase my dreams of owning my own food business.
